Prices listed on this website are in USD and are subject to change. Monthly packages renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. One-time services are billed once at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or another enabled payment provider. By purchasing a service, you authorize Willis Khan to charge the agreed amount via your chosen payment method.
To deliver services effectively, we may require timely access, information, or approvals from you (e.g. website/CMS access, ad account access, brand assets). Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.
Digital marketing results (rankings, traffic, leads, ad performance) depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, market competition, and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results, but commit to industry best practices and transparent reporting.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (such as content, designs, or ad creatives) become your property, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Willis Khan retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
When you book a meeting through this website, you agree to provide accurate contact details. We reserve the right to reschedule bookings with reasonable notice.
Willis Khan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
